This treatment has been tailored perfectly to suit your puppy. During the puppy pamper session your new furry friend gets time to adjust to their new surroundings. Once your puppy has sniffed their way around the salon and feels happy, we will start the groom.

Their first groom generally included a warm soapy bath with puppy shampoo followed by a soft dry with a low velocity dryer. According to the breed we like to get the puppy used to being brushed and handled and generally do a feet, face and bottom tidy but specific details will be discussed with the owner at the time. The puppy will also have their ears cleaned and nails clipped.

We like to have time to play with your puppy after the groom so they can grow to bond with us and trust us.
